The Passage of the Years
Wearing Muriel’s shawl the voice of a young girl presented an episode of importance that had occurred in Muriel’s childhood. Then as Muriel’s shawl was passed onto another and another the passage of time was documented as women of increasing age gave voice to the accumulation of significant events in Muriel’s life. In this picture matriarch Betty Peterson of the NS Voice of Women for Peace shares another insight into Muriel’s life story.
And in closing Muriel’s words were … what am I waiting for … I’m waiting for tomorrow! And as Muriel we VOW women work for peace in the tomorrows.
